Day 1
Arrival at the Victoria Falls International Airport. The guide will be waiting for you to drive you about 2hours from the airport to Hwange national park. The guide will help you to check in at the Hide lodge. Relax and await for the night game drive in the Hide concession. Dinner at 2100hourrs after the night drive.
Day 2
0600hours Full day Hwange National Park game drive. Game drive with top of the range vehicles, open safari vehicles. Hwange National Park is the 4th largest National Park in the world, boasting of having the largest herds of buffaloes and elephants. Hwange National Park is home to wildlife. If you want to expirience big game country –elephants roam freely – lions rule without crowds, Hwange National Park, being Africa’s prime location, is the gem that offers that and many more. In Hwange tourists explore without congestion. Roads are broken tarred and looks forgotten, this makes it a place to explore at leisure. The park is unfenced and unbounded stretching into Botswana. Game in elephants, buffaloes, wildebeest, roan, sables, gemsbok, impalas, lions, leopards, cheetahs, wilddogs, bat earfox and many more
Day 3
0600hours, morning game drive in the Hide concession upto 1000hours. 1100hours transfer to Victoria Falls. 1345hours check in at Mbano lodge and lunch at the Mbano lodge. 1630hours you will be picked up to go for sunset cruise along the Upper Zambezi. Sunset cruise you are offered the opportunity to see the mammal that colonized the acquatic, the hippo. Also the sixth super predator, the nile crocodile along the Zambezi. For bird watchers you will also have the chance of viewing different specifies of birds and tbeir sounds. Snacks and drinks are served in the cruise. This will take us up to 1800hours. They will pick you up and drop you at the Boma. This is a “place of eating”. This is a night of fun combined with buffet, guaranteed for satisfaction in a movie style. This is a carnival atmosphere . Be ready to be armed with appetite. Local specialities such as warthog and mopane worms are on offer. The famous drumming season will be a memorable one. This will run up to 2230hours but any time you feel you are satisfied, you may leave for the hotel. The driver will be available for you
Day 4
0700hours, enter the guided tour of the falls up to 1000hours. This is one of the Seven natural wonders of the World, and the tourism hub of Africa. As you walk along the falls pathways, you are like in a jungle. Constant roar of water welcomes you. The 1.8km long and 70 – 108 metres long vertical chasm is a place to be once in your life time. Has about 17 vantage points from which to view the falls closely. The main four are, the main falls, the rainbow falls, the devil’s cataracts and the Horseshoe Falls. 1100hours we will visit the bridge. Here you will be explained how the bridge was built and the material used and a lot more. Lunch at the Lookout café. One of the best cafes in the region. Here you will enjoy watching the bridge and those doing bridge activities as zipline, flying fox and many more. 1630hours we will be picked up to go for sunset cruise in the Upper Zambezi. Zambezi is the 4th largest river in Africa. You are accorded the chance to be watching the mammal that has colonized the acquatic, the hippo. Also the sixth super predator ,the nile crocodile in this Upper Zambezi. For bird watchers here is the chance of listening and seeing the birds of different species, snacks and drinks will be served in the cruise. This will take us up to 1800hours. The vehicle will pick us and drop us at the Boma “place of eating” for dinner. 1900hours to 2230hours time for dinner at the Boma. The famous Boma and its drumming will be a memorable one. Get ready to be armed with appetite. It will be in a movie carnival style. So get ready to get moving. Local specialities as warthog and mopane worms are on offer. Any time you are satisfied you may leave. The driver will then pick you to your hotel.
Day 5
0600hours you are picked up to go for a lion interaction. Where else can you have the chance of walking and interacting with lions. You will have a special lion guide. He will explain more about lions. 1000hours check out of the hotel. Goodbye.
